How to become a seasoned developer

Are you trying to level up in your development journey? Maybe you can work independently and get work done. But are you at the level of solving any problem, under any context in a reasonable about of time?

If you're in this stage like me, odds are that it's a no.

That is probably why we're not a senior devs yet.

So how do you go about becoming a better, more seasoned developer?

1. Figured out exactly what the next stage you want to reach is

If you don't know what the next stage is go to number #2.

2. Ask the best developers around you how to get to the next level or ask them what you need to learn and do to get to the next level.

Unsurprisingly, you can do this with other parts of your life.

Figure out what it is that you want and ask the smart people around you how to get it. Share the results with them later.
